We are glad to learn that U.S. tariffs will not be imposed on Canada on February 4th, however with a 30-day delay, much uncertainty remains.
Regardless of what happens next, it is clear that Canada needs to act with urgency to improve our long-term economic prospects, as we outlined on Saturday.
