Sonja Volpe believes that organizing programs that tap into all parts of Canada’s population will expand the talent pool of workers with in-demand skills. She shares her perspective in a BNP Paribas press release about its partnership with EY Canada on a program that aims to hire neurodiverse employees.
“This project has brought changes . . . [in] how we approach recruiting in that particular program. We did training and awareness sessions for employees, managers and senior management because it was very clear that, while the recruiting is one part, you want to retain this talent.”Sonja Volpe, Chief Executive Officer, BNP Paribas Canada
