Recognizing immigrants with the needed skills and qualifications

Trevor Neiman believes that selecting immigrants based on their abilities and capacity to meet Canadian demands will improve their chances of obtaining jobs and integrating into society. This is a challenge because provinces and territories are individually responsible for regulating the professions.”
