New NATO office will be a catalyst for Canadian innovation and industrial strategy

Canada’s business leaders welcome the federal government’s proposal to locate in Halifax the North American regional office of NATO’s Defence Innovation Accelerator for the North Atlantic (DIANA). In my letter to Defence Minister Anita Anand last week, I noted DIANA could be a catalyst for industrial policy to drive the development and commercialization of research and innovation.
