Tax and spend fiscal plan will inhibit growth

Gordon McKenzie and Ken Seitz agree that Canada has both the capacity and capabilities to help fill the void in food production caused by Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, but it will take time and requires more investment in people, technology and infrastructure.
