Trevor Kennedy believes that finalizing trade agreements with ASEAN countries and Indonesia will be beneficial to Canada’s relationship to the Indo-Pacific just as it was with Australia and New Zealand. He shares his perspective with The Hill Times in an article about Canada’s expanding trade relationships.  

“But all signs indicate that it would be possible for us to get a deal, and one that’s in the best interest of both. It’s not something that we need to rush.”
