At a time of technological disruption, increased global competition for talent and changing demographics, it is critical that Canada has the right data to inform sound public policy when it comes to education and employment. The biennial skills survey is not meant to be a definitive look at Canada’s changing labour market, but rather an exploration of how employers are responding to rampant change and preparing for future labour market needs.
Completed in partnership with the Business + Higher Education Roundtable, this biennial survey provides unique insight into current trends in the Canadian talent market through the eyes of human resources executives at some of Canada’s largest employers.
