We need a plan to restart the economy

Goldy Hyder discusses the government’s long overdue loan agreement with Air Canada. In an interview with BNN Bloomberg, he also highlights the need for a plan to restart the economy and calls for the upcoming federal budget to focus on long-term growth.

“We need a robust and competitive airline industry. It’s unfortunate it took this long but it’s not over. This doesn’t mean you’re off the hook. There are still other airlines out there, there’s still the supply chain issues from tourism and hospitality.”
