Business Council of Canada congratulates President-elect Donald Trump

Canada’s business leaders congratulate President-elect Donald J. Trump on his, and his party’s, victory in yesterday’s election.

Canada and the United States have built an enduring relationship that has benefited citizens in both countries and is an example for the world.

For more than 40 years, the Business Council of Canada has championed closer economic and security cooperation between Canada and the United States.  We look forward to working with public and private sector leaders on both sides of our shared border to increase investment, employment and incomes across North America.
