Daniela Lombardo

Trade Policy Analyst – Business Council of Canada

Daniela supports the Council’s work on international trade and policy. She researches and advises on trade policy initiatives and engages with Canadian policymakers, foreign officials and international business networks representing key partners.

Prior to joining the Council, Daniela worked as a Trade Policy Officer for the Canadian Cattle Association. Previously, she worked for the Canadian Agri-Food Trade Alliance and the Inter-American Institute of Cooperation for Agriculture (IICA) in trade and international policy.

Daniela has volunteered with the Canadian International Council in Ottawa and has been an intern for the Foreign Affairs Secretariat in Mexico City. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Honours in International Studies from Trinity Western University in British Columbia.
